Ive had multiple bad experiences at this location, but I kept going back because they'd get new employees. Shoutout to the... blonde guy working today who had an attitude. Ordered a pickup today so I could grab my lunch on my way to work. I ordered at11:45, said it would be ready by 12:10pm. They were busy and I understand, so I waited by the pickup area. More and more peoplecame in so I got in the actual line. When it was my turn I said I had a pickup, he told me I needed to wait and have others goahead of me because my order was for 12:10 and it was 12:05 and that it's part of a rotation. I just asked if he could make itas I was standing at the counter because I was going to be late for work, otherwise it just needed to be canceled. He then copedan attitude like I was such an inconvenience and made it. Mind you my order was lettuce, chicken, and a couple vegetables for a"salad" that took less than 2 minutes to put together. I don't need the attitude, will take my business elsewhere. Read more
