Excellent coffee shop. Good prices for what you get. Tasty food and drinks. Excellent customer service, and I really like that... their staff is pretty stable. I.e., the same people are there when we go back. That's probably a good sign of well-treated,well-compensated staff. Read more
I have never had a bad experience at a Beans & Brews. The staff are all friendly and helpful and their coffee is the best. I... have not tried to order anything whacky or off of a secret menu here, so I am not sure how they compare with other places thatdo. I have not tried to sit in the dining area and work on a computer either, but I have seen others doing it. Read more
Horrible customer service! I drive 15 min, wait 10 min for someone to help me just to find out they haven?t even started my... deliver order! It costs drivers time and money. Infuriating!!!!!! Read more
