It's a subway in Marseilles. Not some always busy 9 person a shift staffed place where all your sandwiches will be pumped out in... 3 minutes. It's usually staffed by two or three people and most likely one of them is competent and the others barely know wherethey are. But man, for a dinky town full of drunks and stoners and constant traffic. They do about as well as you should expectthem to. You're lucky even half of your sandwiches are even made correctly with how I see them communicate. If they biff yoursandwich, at the very least cut them a little slack. They get yelled at by enough people as is, just let them know and maybe oneof them will try to fix it. Read more
We ordered 3 footlong subs, one was missing the cheese and other hardly any tuna . When called the girl wouldn't help . Be aware... at the Marseilles location . Ordered again on 6/16/2022, gave us wrong sandwiches and person was rude, they wouldn't make theorder correct . Not getting another dime from me . Read more
I don?t like the service here because, once they forgot my free cookie that I got a card for.Then anther time one of the workers... was so disappointing he got mad, I asked for extra of something so he threw my sandwich.Than another time we went there thedrive then and they gave us some else?s order.
