There is a young man that works the grill who makes the best burgers. The same young man, Kody (I believe that is his name) when... he is placed in the drive thru his true talent for customer service shines brightly. He is very polite and respectful. The younglady, whom works evenings as well, many times in drive tru, has a great personality and impeccable attention to detail,beautiful smile and makes excellent frostychinos! I recommend this fine dining of fast food for anyone who enjoys top notchservice and great food served by Clark county's best and brightest young adults. Read more
Food is amazing. Crew is great. But, I don't enjoy roof water in my fries. Please fix the AC drip. It's gross.
Hands down The Most rude customer service I've ever seen! Employee tried to give my 95 yr old mom a Frosty with ice cream... dripping all over sides of cup. I asked for napkins and employee slammed the pickup window as hard as she could, came back withnapkins and shoved the Frosty back at me with such force it fell on the ground. Then she yelled at us "I'm OVER it!" Because shehad to get mom a new one. Another employee working outside saw the incident and got the manager. The manager made excuses forthe rude employee behavior, told me HE was having a bad day , he was over worked etc.. and was ready to quit himself.
