Was just passing by to pick up coffees. Ordered 2 hot drinks. Both did not come out hot like how it supposed to be. One of the... drinks was a grande peppermint latte but the cup wasn?t even full. Half of it was foam. Read more
The customer service is very poor. With only 2 cars in front of me it took about 15 minutes to get my coffee. Drive through... attendant was very unfriendly and the drinks at this particular location NEVER taste like they do at all other locations Read more
They got our sizes wrong when we were super patient and repeated it 3 times at the register. They had to ask if it was iced a... 4th time when making them. Pretty long wait for them to be made. They got the the sizes wrong but they said they charged us forthe sizes we received. We didn't get the receipt so we couldn't argue that one. One of them had a badly faulty lid that made itspill all over me. Had to walk back in, get another lid, go to the bathroom to wash up, and the lock on the bathroom didn'twork. When we tried the coffee, one was overly sweet and the other plain. It was like they put double the syrup in one and nonein the other. It was a waste of money. Read more
If there were 0 stars they will be that. Employee did not make the coffee as ordered and when I went back to at least get the... whip cream that was missing the girl just splashed my drink with it and splashed coffee all over the counter and my hand. Wentto the manager who is aware of that employee and didn?t even offer to get my drink redone or give me my money back.
