I got there at 8:40pm, and they close at 9pm. Other than one other guy already ahead of the window waiting on his food, there... wasn't anyone there. I ordered just chicken strips and fries and a drink for my son. I paid when I got to the window, and theygave me his drink, but had me pull forward for the food(still no one else in line). I literally waited until they closed, and Ieven tried calling, and they didn't bother to answer their phones, and I never got my son's food that I already paid for. Theguy that had been waiting before me tried to go in, but they locked the doors, and never acknowledged him when he walked up tothe drive thru window. Not only do they not have the lobby open, they cant answer the phone either. The best thing about picking up food to bring home... to eat is having to cook sides for it when you get home because they cant get a simple order correct. Then once you cook sides,food is cold.
