I absolutely loved my experience coming to the Fig Tree Cafe, definitely a spot not to miss when traveling through the Marstons... Mills area! I have worked in the breakfast/lunch cafe industry here on Cape Cod for many years? and I was so pleased with theservice and quality of the Fig Tree Cafe. Got one of their delicious smoothies and coffee to start, I always love a smoothiebecause many spots don?t offer them as fresh and homemade at Fig Tree! And then had one of their many Eggs Benedict options, myfavorite. Truly, one of the best ones I?ve had! Delicious, and felt homemade with love and car. Understand breakfast is great as with former occupant. I ordered lunch: meatball sandwich which came with potato salad plus... drink for usd18. 2 small meatballs with loads of fill on small ciabatta roll. Good but ceetainly not "best evah" as advertised . Potato salad was literally large chunks of baby new potatoes with a little mayo. Totally tasteless. Threw it away.Disappointing. Wont return. Had a wonderful breakfast over here! I had a hot chai latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon (recommended to me by my server), along... with a crab cake eggs benedict. The food was delicious! Nice and hot. Perfect warm breakfast for a rainy day. My server Nicole,was super sweet and doing a wonderful job keeping on top of all the tables that were dining in as she was the only one workingthe front when I came in till help arrived sometime later. Stopped in on vacation for lunch, and it was a great choice. I got a Cape Cod sandwich (or something with a similar name).... Turkey with a cranberry mayo spread on a delicious cranberry pecan bread.
