Worst KFC ever. 28.00 dollars later. Fries cold. Place was filthy. All tables hadn't been cleaned. Horrible experience.
Wow. First we waited just over 10 minutes to order. They clearly knew we were waiting. I ordered my son a 4 piece box and a 3... piece chicken tender for myself. He received 3 pieces which we discovered once we got home. I received a larger tender and twoteeny tiny ones. No sauce which I specifically asked for. While we were waiting for our order, we witnessed the cashier beingextremely abrupt, and rude to the customer. He was clearly confused by her question and she refused to elaborate on what she wasasking. She just kept saying yup, yup, yup when he was trying to understand what she was asking. in the end, we got old, greasychicken (missing a few pieces) and a taste of their horrible customer service. It?s sad because the city needs these businesses,but based on this experience I will gladly go to the Saskatoon locations to get our KFC fix. Read more
Went through the drive through for 1 chicken strip combo. Was told it would be about 10 minute wait which was fine. After 40... minutes waiting out front, everyone in front of me and about 10 cars behind me getting their food I had to go in and ask when Iwould be getting mine. They had clearly forgotten my order completely. The kicker is after 40 minutes I finally got my meal andit was clear their oil hasn?t been changed in a very long time. The cashier messed up 2 orders while I was waiting for my food. I was told it would be a 7min wait for the next batch of burgers... to come out. 24 min later I am still waiting. This is just frustrating ???? not coming back here that's for sure. When I askedafter 25min where my order is the cashier said it will just be a minute as they were waiting for the corn. Also she didn't giveme cups for the drinks my meal came with I had to ask her for them. I live a few streets away, when I got home the chips wereold and basically rubber. The chicken burgers we had to wait so long for, was warm but tasted like old oil. The corn was old anddried out, there was no butter that is usually on it and the fact that this was what I was told to wait for is down rightshocking. The entire meal was old and tasted like old oil. I ordered for pick- up and arrived a few minutes after when the food was supposed to be ready. A rather unfriendly staff member... told me that I have to wait another 20 minutes before the food will be ready, offering no apology, just a snarky remark. Theirservice is so poor that I am avoiding buying from this store, and EVERY time I do buy from them, I am even more frustrated byhow bad their service is.
