I frequent the Arby's and I tried something different this trip....I got a club wrap and asked for no lettuce, I got my order in... a timely manner, got home and opened my wrap and found that there was lettuce on my wrap, it was hard to remove withoutdestroying the whole thing. I went the first-time and left because of the line inside and out. I went did my shopping and went back. This time no real... line. I got my food and started to eat, my cheese sticks were cold. Came in this location today and had the pleasure of Jackson taking my order. Very polite professional made a point to get my... food promptly. This young man was very helpful with me I thought it was something to do with Arby?s come to find out it was aproblem due on my end. He took care of it without making any problem! such a courteous young man and hopefully Arby?s is payingthis young fellow fairly decent at a good wage.
