This place is always backed up and super busy. I don't know if its a lack of employee situation or poor management. You can... easily be waiting over 30 minutes to get your food. We don't eat fast food very much but the last few times my family has comehere I've seen them shut down the whole store before 7pm! Another time we watched them shut down one of their drive thru lanes.I definitely wouldn't recommend coming to this location if you want breakfast because you WILL be waiting a long time. Read more
They forgot my one of my daughters food and I had ordered 2 double hamburgers with no pickle. Instead they give me to... cheeseburgers plain, I can't eat cheese due to being allergic. When I called to let them know, I was told that since it'sdelivery there's nothing they can do. Every single time I go there anymore they are always messing our order up. I always try tobe nice with them but that was frustrating. I get that fast food is fast pace and stressful, I worked fast food for 10 years notlong ago, but it's also not that hard to quickly double check and make sure you grabbed the right food, especially if the orderwasn't big like mine. I went really really early in the morning and got breakfast at the drive thru for me & 3 other people and I didn't check my... order before driving off and i should remember to always check it. I drove all the way home and I don't live close by atall...and everything was in there except my food but I called to let the employees there know while on my way and Marge themanager was so great! She made it right and even gave me some extra food on the house.Thats the way it should be at everyrestaurant but God knows 9 out of 10 if you say anything at most places they act like you have zero right as if you did not justspend hard earned money on your food so I wish we had a Marge managing every place of business & i loved the lady working thewindow also.They were very polite & helpful so please be kind to them people. Ordered a steak bagel meal substitute round egg for the folded, and I received a bagel with no meat at all and a folded egg with... cheese. I also waited well over 20 minutes in the drive-through. I wouldn?t have minded the wait had my order been correct. Ispent over $10 for an incorrect meal and a waste of my time. In todays world people can?t financially afford mistakes like this.I would have called for a refund but I also wasn?t given a receipt or even offered one. The gal with short hair and a yellowapron who was running out to cars handing people their orders was doing her best, and her job would have been easier and lessoverwhelming had the cashiers given out receipts.
