Custard shakes are so good. They are perfect getting calories into picky kiddos right up to elderly relatives.
No complaints on service or quickness of order, everyone was polite. But we ordered a small and a large concrete and they didn't... fill it up to the top. Why pay extra for a large when you get the same portion? Not the first time this has happened. Don't wantto be a "Karen" but I'm definitely "Karening" over this fill ratio.. I would give zero stars for the customer service. My second time coming here, even though I said I wouldn?t come back after the... first time because the service was terrible the first time too. First time I came here the girl didn?t put the order incorrectly, gave our order away to other customers then had an attitude when she had to remake it. I also found an eye lash in myconcrete. Now I come back and the girl at the drive through window was no emotion, couldn?t care less about taking our order andseemed bothered by our question. Came around 7:45. The frozen custard wasn?t bad. Can?t say the same for the pecans. When I go to other ice cream shops I usually get the same... thing; Hot fudge something with pecans. Unfortunately I didn?t like the taste of the pecans at Andy?s Frozen Custard. They wereextremely salty and didn?t taste like pecans at all.
