The STL Ribs - 5 Stars Cooked Perfectly, fall off the bone,great flavor, great sauce on the side, not caked up with rub it was delicious! The Brisket Out of this world, thinner thenusual Slice personally but it brought out the flavor & it was melt in Your mouth even Lean! Pulled Pork was a little dry butthe flavor was there & there Mild Sauce definitely made it Good! The Coleslaw was Very good.
