I want to review this restaurant in two parts. First from an ADA standpoint. We entered from the side and I was with my mom.... Our dining options were to climb steps for regular tables, high top tables from the section we were in, or outside dining. Iwould have been ok with outside dining but I knew it was too cold for my mom. She could not climb the steps so we chose thehigh tops. She had a struggle getting up on them. I mention this because I learned, when I went to the restroom, they have afront entrance for their dining where they have the regular tables. It would have been nice had they offered that. Anothercomment from an ADA standpoint is they have one handicap parking spot (their parking lot is small, it is a small restaurant) butthere is NO ADA bathroom. When I went to the restroom (up the stairs, how I discovered the front door) I looked. Two stalls. Both were the same. Two low toilets. No handrails. It would not cost the company that much to at least make the toilets ADAheight (or one) and add handrails to one. Then add a lock option to the main door. No, it wouldn?t allow for a full turn stallbut it would give an ADA diner the ability to lock the door and then roll up to the stall and transfer. The service was a littleslow. I normally don?t say this right now because of staffing issues, etc right now but they had quite a few employees. Theywere all in view and not very far from us. Perhaps that is their vibe though, since you are dining on the water. Maybe theyhave learned diners like to sit back and enjoy. One thing I hate is running out of water / my drink. I had to ask for morewater. The food, which is why you go to a restaurant, was good. The fries were steak fries but in a very unique shape. Ialmost switched my 3 stars to 4 just because of those fries! The burger was nice and juicy. Spinach artichoke dip was good. Itcould have used a little more flavor but it was good. The view is amazing so they are worth going for the view Read more

Friendly staff. The patio was nice enough to view the big ships on the St. Clair river... but you also can see the Shell gas... refinery on the Canadian side. My Walleye lunch was good. If it matters, everyone makes coleslaw different and this had a sourtang; I prefer sweet or dill. The sidewinder fries were a nice surprise. Read more
