The food was good. It is a beautiful place. I was there to watch a highschool cross country meet.
This is the course I learned to love the game of golf on, my childhood home course. It is short, but has enough challenge to... offer any golfer a good time. City owned and operated, it can sometimes lack proper maintenance, but it is always playable. I'mthankful that it has withstood many challenges to its existence. 1st time playing here. Overall its a decent course for the price(29$ walking weekday) its a course where they seemed to have fit... 18 holes into acreage meant for 14 holes, so there are some "in the fire" areas to be aware of. It's fairly short with typicalgreens of a busy course...(aka not great) but not bad either, just ok. If I lived near the course I'd definitely play itoccasionally. You get a glimpse of Mt Baker and other cascade mountains so that's nice and it has that relaxed feeling to it. Read more
This was an unexpected little gem. I really enjoyed playing here. It was reasonable priced and had a good Cafe and bar. The... people are very nice. The play was a little slow but the marshal was on top of it. If the play was faster then I would havegiven it 5 stars. Read more

Challenging and quaint (dates from 1927?), this course is a drive for me (Kirkland) but always worth it. Restaurant and Patio...
