About at the beginning of August I picked up a 12 piece meal, wings, cake and lemonade. I don?t visit often but, never had a bad... experience. Unfortunately that time I did. But, the Manager Kaylee called me because I sent an email about my chicken. I hadforgotten I had even sent it. But, she reached out to me and listened to what I was concerned about. She made everything rightby offering the 12 piece and my wings for free. I have to say not only were employees the day in question were great, but, todaytheir Manager was Amazing!! Thank you so much!
