We order here multiple times a week and they do a good job. The delivery people are very nice. They even brought us cookies... one time for being loyal customers. The food is always good. There are occasionally issues with being on time and getting finedetails right (like forgetting a bag of chips) but if we call they always do whatever they can to fix the oversight. I thinkthe shortage of workers has affected them but they work to make up for it. Read more
I order online here often. There?s been at least 5 times that I have gotten a call saying they couldn?t complete my order... because they were out of bread. HOW DOES A SANDWICH RESTAURANT RUN OUT OF BREAD ON A REGULAR BASIS? Why would you even stay openif you don?t have bread, do you even sell anything other than sandwiches? I ordered the #10 hunter's club no tomato from the drive through, when I got home and opened my sandwich up I got ham instead of... roast beef. I went into the shop with the sandwich and showed them it was ham and they told me they needed to slice more roastbeef so I waited, I made sure to tell them no tomato. When I received the sandwich it had tomato on it, not a big deal because Ican pick it off but to receive two sandwiches made incorrectly like this is unacceptable. I let the staff know that again theymade the sandwich incorrectly and left it at that. I will not be returning to this location. Read more
JJs is one of my favorite spots in town. Best sandwiches. BUT.. I?ve had more than I can count on my fingers times where they?ve... forgot my order or messed it up. For instance today, I ordered through the app at 2:52pm.. I checked the tracker and it said itwas already delivered.. so I thought maybe they?re still dropping off and they will be here soon. But 3:30pm nothing so I calledand they said they delivered to a different address. I said okay no problem. When I finally got my sandwich an hour later Icould tell by the feel of my sandwich it was off. I checked it and it was wrong. I order here a lot. And when I ask for extratoppings I mean extra lol I opened my sandwich and there was 4 tomatoes.. no extra vinegar or oil .. no extra onions orlettuce.. etc.. I called and told them I?m sorry to say this but my sandwich is wrong.. I was patient up until the boy said ?Imade it and I put extra.? I spent $16 and so change for my order with a 20% tip.. i love the sandwiches but NOT the service. Dobetter guys. Read more
