Corporate!!!! Please do something to assist this location. They are always under staffed and over worked. They fail to complete... online orders correctly and even answer their phone. Ordering in person is difficult and often proves to be an overwhelming taskas the line is usually backed up through the door, and not because of business, but due to being understaffed. Picked up our pizza, opened the box and it looked like they dropped it on the floor. No problem, mistakes happen. Picked up a... slice and the center was nothing but raw dough and cold toppings. Tried calling the store, Sat on hold for 40min with no answer. Read more
The days of hot and ready are long dead here. Understaffed constantly, and of those staff you usually have a gaggle of aspies or... other variant of oddball. Wait times are double that of any other chain. Price has went up to almost laughable levels, and theyshut off online/app orders every day at 5, causing even more problems. Thats if you can get online ordering to work at all, mosttimes the "system is down" ie they've unplugged it. This location at least needs a total restructuring or completely newownership. Waited an hour for pizzas that we?re supposed to be ready in 30min, there weren?t any hot an ready pizzas available and probably... a dozen customers packed into the store. All waiting for their orders. The cashier had to keep running back and forth so muchthat he left my order and several other customers orders sitting on the back counter for about 10 min.
