We recently moved to the area and have been wanting to try this place. We walked in and two staff members just stared at us, no... greeting, and after some awkward silence, an employee said we could sit where we wanted. So we went outside, and sat where wewanted. After being ignored by another server, we were told that the table we were sitting at was reserved. So we left. Perhapsthis isn?t characteristic of the norm, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We did not feel welcome and are notmotivated to come back. Read more
I went to Ricks Dockside Grill for lunch two weeks ago. I ordered a side salad. Unfortunately, on one of my bites, I heard a... crack and felt something hard. The sound was a large portion of a tooth cracking off. The ?something hard? Was a nail!!! Thestaff was very kind and apologetic-I showed the nail and the piece of my tooth and let them know I would go straight to thedentist. They comped the meal which I was grateful for. After a trip to emergency room (the nail was rusty) and four hours inthe dental chair, I attempted to contact the owner, Rick to find out the insurance company where bills could be sent. Heavoided me several times and finally I caught him by chance. His response was that he isn?t paying for anything because theystrain everything. A NAIL THIS SIZE DOES NOT go through a strainer!!!!
