I usually have stellar service, but tonight was horrid. After I placed my order on the app, the restaurant called me to say they... were out of salads. I asked if my 6" sub could be made into a 12", to which the girl said "yes" and immediately hung up on me.The sub was poorly assembled, improperly wrapped and they couldn't bother to even put it in a bag; she just handed it to me andwalked away to finish chatting with other staff. When I opened the wrap, much of the toppings were not in the sub, and there wasa hair in it. My coworker advised me to throw the entire sub out. Read more
