The food was absolutely delicious, service was quick, and staff was friendly. I ordered the enchilada with rice, and it was... absolutely phenomenal. The flavors and textures were perfect! The meal comes with unlimited with chips and salsa, and I reallyenjoyed that as well. I also ordered the coffee to drink, and their coffee is delicious. I'm almost certain it is instant, butwhatever brand they chose is very good. When I came in, I immediately got a seat and my order was taken just as quick. I didn'thave to wait long for the food to arrive, and the prices are more than reasonable for what you get. The staff was amazing aswell! They were extremely efficient but still friendly. The food was pretty good as usual but there was bad miscommunication with the drinks, and we speak spanish so I don't know where... the the issue was. They had "house Margaritas" that were about $4 on special, we asked if they had another option and the waitersaid they had one for just under $7 that had better tequila so we went with that one. Not only did those Margaritas barely haveany alcohol, but the drinks came out to be over $16 each. When we mentioned their mistake at the register, they didn't try toadjust or help us, they didn't seem to care at all. This El Vaquero used to be one of our favorites but not any more, this willbe our last visit. There are plenty of Mexican restaurant options out there that don't gouge their customers like this. I willsuggest to my group of friends that eat out a lot and love Mexican food to go elsewhere. Read more
