Awesome service like I remember it being pre COVID. Cook has a special sandwich that was amazing. Happy staff will be back
The service was amazing. It was late, I was from out of town, and nowhere else was open.. they weren't doing takeout orders at... the moment because they were pretty armed inside. My buddy and son were at the hotel because my son was asleep, so we couldn'teat there.. The cook was more than willing to bend his own rules to make me food to take back to my buddy at the hotel. Very slow service. Plenty of staff. 7 servers and 2 cooks. Took me 15 minutes to get a coffee and another 12 minutes before... they even took my order. Asked them to hold my waffle until I asked for it, which would be probably 10 minutes, so it would befresh and warm when I ate it last. They brought it 3 minutes after my allstar items were brought out. It was already to cold tomelt the butter. Nice facility, employees need to talk less and listen to their customers more. Read more

Typically over the last 22 years we've had great service here. Today,a young waitress named paige ended that. I asked if we... could have a corner booth that was empty. It needed cleaned,but I'd wait. Instead she cleaned the table near the bathroomagainst the doorway to the office. No biggie. We sat. She gave us our drinks. Proceeds to take care of 2 other tables,clean a3rd table complete with silverware which we still did not have so I had to use my tea bag to stir my sugar in to my tea. Yes,Itried flagging her down but she was too busy talking to the table of teens she sat after us. After waking 12 minutes then seeingthe teens getting their utensils first I calmly got up and asked for another server. This way we could eat and she could visit.This girl starts running her mouth when the other server is standing there saying "are they really that upset about somesilverware?" The manager comes over,calmed the now escalated situation since her very hung over teenage friends decided to jumpin. He was AMAZING. He asked what happened as paige is Still telling us to leave-uh no. We just wanted to eat. As we tried totell our side,she stood there being rude. The manager sent her away and said he was sorry,he would handle her but that our mealwas free. We objected saying we were very willing to pay,we just wanted someone else that would take care of us. So he tookover,and did amazing. 3 times I heard this paige girl being so disrespectful to her manager in front of customers,then sheproceeds to apologize to the teens about how rude we were. Really? So we then told the manager this as well. Despite all this weleft her a note saying we do understand she's under a lot,and we regretted how things went down. I encouraged her to respect herboss and customers and learn from today. And we did leave her a tip. Why? Because we prefer to put out encouragement and offerchances to reflect and grow.
