With Mexican restaurants on seemingly every corner, it can be difficult to decide which to go to. The first step in to Rio... Bravo, we were greeted and taken back almost immediately and taken care of like norma,, with a salsa spicy enough to make mesweat, which was delightful. However, I felt adventurous and decided to try a quesadilla. At first, it was a strange choice, butwhen it arrived, it was anything but ordinary. There was a mass amount of add-ins that I wasn't expecting and, quite frankly, Iwas pleased with. The flavor was exactly what it should have been for shrimp, in my opinion and there was a complimentary amountof cheese that was not overwhelming, like most quesadillas are.
