Came here with my daughter to celebrate her first meal after getting her braces off and we loved it! Environment is tranquil... while being lively and fun. All the fish was fresh, and the rolls were generously sized! Read more

First of all, I would like to say that the food here is consistently exceptional. My girlfriend and I have frequented this... restaurant for months and we have never had an issue with anything except for one of the wait staff. Time after time, thisparticular server has made us feel bad/uncomfortable for ordering more than a few hot sakes even though their policy states thatit is bottomless so long as you spend a certain amount per person. More than once, they have brought us hot sake that isdangerously hot to the point of causing injury. We should not have to feel uncomfortable asking for more when their policyexplicitly states it is bottomless. We love the food here but one specific staff member makes us feel really uncomfortable andfor that reason we will no longer be coming to dine in. Read more

And my stomach bloated , I didn't know what kind of spicy tuna they used. Read more

I?ve eaten at this restaurant on many occasions. I absolutely love the food. However, customer service is NOT GOOD and when... waitresses are attempting to be pleasant it is inauthentic. The woman at the register, near the door has an ATTITUDEconsistently. I don?t expect her to do anything exceptional but she can at least be decent. After over a year of going to thisrestaurant I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I?ve gotten discouraged. As good as the food is, I know what ittakes to earn my money and to put it in a restaurant that doesn?t value service is not worth it to me. Service makes a greatdeal of difference. Most recently, I ordered food, stepped out while it?s being prepared, then returned to pick it up. When Igot there, holding my hand out as the worker at the front desk got my bag, she reached to put the bag on the table diagonal fromher instead of placing it in my hand. I?ve made the tough decision to no longer spend my money at Sakura. Sakura owner, yourresponse to my review (?sorry for the inconvenience?) is an inadequate copy and paste and is very shy of an apology. Read more

Excellent food selection and quality! Who would think to have scallion pancakes in a Japanese restaurant? It was on the menu and... went perfectly with beer! The salmon soup and the roll were great too. Service was attentive. We had a wonderful night out. Read more
