It took over an hour to get food 1/10 service.. We also were not greeted - 0/10 for the Hawaiiano bowl it was supposed to come... with a fried egg and maduros. I DID NOT receive them - There was no flavor on the grilled chicken didn't even taste like saltwas on it? And the rice was also not even salted at the least - The beef empanada with green sauce was 7/10 To be told to wait35 mins and end up waiting an hour and receive food that has 0 flavor ????? The staff was very curt and rude when we entered. we waited an hour for our food. the lumpia was pretty good. The corn tortillas... were rubbery and tough. the al pastor tacos were terrible. the shrimp inside of the shrimp tacos were okay. the rice and beanswere very plain, beans seasoned with only salt. would not recommend. i definitely wasted my money here. The food here is incredible. They have the best tacos, burritos, pupusas on Long Island. They also have a hot bar with different... items featured daily. Pulled pork, meat balls, fried chicken, roasted chicken and so much more. All deliciously fresh andreasonably priced. You can choose your size plate starting at 10$. So your wondering why 4 stars? The help? most of them are outto lunch. I tried calling 2 weeks ago to place an order? the phone would ring once and stop. So here it is 2 weeks later wecalled again, same thing. So I went there asked if something was wrong with the phones. She said I don?t think so. So I calledwith my cell phone standing there?again one ring then cuts off. The girl is like ? ohhhh I?ll tell the owner?. So I ordered andhad to sit there 30 minutes to wait. It?s also very uncomfortable to sit and eat in there. Unless your 100 pounds or less yourbehind does not fit in the uncomfortable metal chairs. So do take out if they fix the phones, otherwise plan a nice long waitfor really great food. Read more

Every time I come to this place I am more and more disappointed by the customer service! Food is great! Staff is terrible! Today... they forgot my platano maduros and they tried to tell me they double check before packing. I took a photo back for them to seethe error. They also told me they would text me when my order was ready. So after and hour of not receiving their text I went tothe restaurant and sure enough my order was sitting their. I asked how long had it been there and they said it was sitting there20 min! Just awful service. BUT, the food is very good. Wish I could just deal with the cooks and forget the front end staff.
