I remember this establishment for the best steaknegg sandwiches. But that was over a decade ago and in their old location. It?s... sad to see it degrade to its current state. Not only did they not get my order correct, the food was of poor quality, dry andhad little more taste than the paper it was wrapped in. Also, the hot Tasteless greasy home fries smushed into a plasticcontainer. Eww The place wasn?t busy and the long time employee seemed annoyed to take my order. The absolute worst service you can imagine, you will wait a half an hour to get your order when theres not even one customer in... the store. Half the workers dont understand or speak the english language, go elsewhere. Read more
What should be a great shop ruined by terrible customer service. 30 minutes to order and leave with a sandwich is inexcusable.... Getting the order wrong is the icing on top. Not a single smile, hello, apology, or modicum of professionalisim to be foundhere. Phone was ringing off the hook non stop and no one could be bothered to answer it. Normally I will give a spot threestrikes but two visits was enough to leave such a bad taste in my mouth. Clearly my business is not needed and that is perfectlyfine. The food here is good. Especially most of the hot food. The problem with this place is the service. Its the worst. You... really need to jump thru the door in a clown suit to get any attention and when you do you just need to accept the fact that theemployee helping you is being forced to work there for some reason you really dont want to know about. Service has sinceimproved in this place a lot. Food is always top notch and cheap for prepared food. My go to place for lunch. Read more
