3.5 stars which equals decent in my book. This place is always packed, and I just can?t figure out why. I found everything to... be just ok. I prefer Ginkaku Japanese Bistro down the road. I tried the Mango chicken, teriyaki chicken, and chicken hibachidinners here. They were all ok/good, but those dinners were much better at other Japanese restaurant I?ve been too. Had an hour to spare. Went by myself to grab some dinner. Always a little weary going to get dinner by myself. Sat at the bar.... The reason for the review is for one reason. The Bar Tender. Being as I own my own business, I know what a struggle it?s been tofind good help. She was so nice and so polite. Quick to take order. Quick on refills just overall amazing. Was actually pretty excited to come here. Drove about 35 min to get here. Service was good. Place is cute. I read good things... about it. And So I feel bad giving a bad rating, but it is what it is.. - Soup portion was great - but wish there was a littlemore seaweed etc. - salad was good. Not my type but was good. - my salmon roll tasted bad; to the point I couldn?t finish it andforced myself to have half. - the tempura salmon roll was good. - this worst for me was this; my spicy tuna had a scale in it. I don't like leaving bad reviews but it's not easy trying to say good things about Ganga. I went for sushi, the fish was simply... not fresh. When eating raw fish I personally find this frightening. The service was awful as well. We waited over 40 minutes forour order and it wasn't yet crowded. On the positive side the presentation was good. 2 stars is reluctantly generous. Read more

Ganga is my absolute favorite! I have tried to switch it up and ate at different sushi spots but I always revert back to Ganga. ... Their lunch specials are amazing. You get so much food. I love their hot and sour soup, they even have a seafood version. Itypically order their Basil Shrimp lunch special.. so yummy. Today I tried their shrimp hibachi which was good but the shrimpwere a little too well done but nothing a specialty roll can?t fix! We got the Tuna Amazing roll to share since there is justso much food. Salad, soup, rice, shrimp with vegetables, spicy salmon roll and Pork Gyoza. It?s really filling.
