My food was on point, my wife ordered a dish with shrimp in it that was a bit overcooked. Still, all in all a good experience.... The waitress even offered to bring our food out to the car for us if we wanted. Read more
Horrible service! Ordered one meal and it was wrong 2 times. When I inquired about how much longer the 3rd ( hopefully)... corrected order would be, they had never started it and just left me sitting in the restaurant waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Update - 9/20- I give up, I DO NOT recommend this place. I called, explained to the employee who took my order my past horrible... experience and when I picked up my order, I was hoping for something better. I paid extra for a guacamole that was all brown, ithas the seed so it should not be brown, I love guacamole, know how to make it and I know how long it takes to get brown. Theflautas had lettuce on top but something dark/brown was sticking out so I thought it was a jalapeno; it was a very bad, brown,rotten piece of avocado, and you will see more in the photos. I now believe they did it on purpose. After paying $33 dollars, Iwill have to go to McDonald and get dinner because the amount of rice and beans was just hilarious and more like a kids meal.The chips are ooooolder than my grandma and you can smell the grease. Never again. What a terrible disappointment this place was. My family and I tried it out some months back when we happened to be... in the area. I would hope that by now they have improved things, but judging by the majority of reviews, it doesn't seem likeit. Firstly, the food is cheap and not worth going out for at all. I would have had a better meal making it myself at home. Itall seemed like it was made by someone who barely knew how to cook, very plain, nothing like restaurant fare that you pay for.My mother and I both ordered the beef fajitas, and both of our orders were mostly burnt. The amount of meat was small to beginwith. My brother ordered what the menu claimed to be "orange juice," but received orange soda instead, and a burrito, and it wasbasically a tortilla with a tiny piece of chicken hidden inside. But the biggest thing that ruined my impression of thisrestaurant was honestly not the food. This place is NOT family friendly. It clearly caters more towards the customers who usethe bar. (We were the only family eating there; it was mostly men, many of whom were seated at the bar.) The whole time we werethere, there was a tv screen playing music videos, most of which were very sexual, borderline pornographic even. What kind ofrestaurant with a CHILDREN'S menu plays this kind of garbage? It was very embarrassing and upsetting since we had five youngboys with us. We had people switch seats at our table when I realized what was on the screen so they couldn't see it. I finallyasked the waitress when she came back if she would please turn it off and told her right up front it was playing pornographicmaterial. She just said, "Okay," and then went away. Nothing changed. Waitress #2 comes along to refill glasses, etc., so I toldher the same thing, and she said, "Oh we can't control it, it just turns on automatically when we turn the power on for therestaurant.
