Made a special trip for nostalgic reasons, The manager put up a fight with us about getting shredded cheese for our salad and... pasta. The facility was not even crowded but trash was scattered everywhere (pizza crusts, plastic, stains) bacteria smellcoming from the main floor/ booth. The CiCi?s chain used to have my respect when I was younger, but now it?s went downhill.Overall sad excuse for a pizza place. I get the impression they?re going out of business, and hopefully so. My daughter absolutely loves to go here. It is definitely more of a kid's restaurant. A better salad bar would be a big plus for... the adults. They are more than willing to make whatever Pizza you would like which is awesome. The food is always fresh. I haveemployees working constantly to keep the dining room clean. Read more
We came here for my sons birthday with 8 people. When we arrived the clerk told us that the drink machine wasn?t working and we... only had lemonade and power-aid to drink. I then asked if we could have a discount for the drinks since our options were few.Before the clerk could ask him he immediately say no in a harsh tone. I then asked why he said he just wasn?t going to do it. Iasked again and he said it wouldn?t be fair to the other people. Then stated that I have a party of 8 or more and that wereally wanted to eat here can we just get waters he then said you have to pay .50 cent. I then said sir can we get a cup ofwater he said no we don?t have water you have to buy the bottled water. He was very dismissive and rude. The only reason Istayed was because my son really wanted to eat there. What made us really upset was after we paid just for our meal we noticedthe other people who happened to be Caucasian getting cups of water needless to say we WON?T be back for poor customer service. We thought the whole chain had shut down and never come back. Honestly they came back better than ever. The crust is an actual... pizza crust now and not just cardboard with cheese and sauce. Cannot wait to come back. Read more

I placed an order online, and when arriving to my home it was incorrect. Upon reaching out to the store directly to try and... resolve the issue, they informed me I would have to call Door dash, because that's who their delivery is set up through (eventhough I ordered directly from the website). No problem. The guy on the phone did say they would deliver until 10pm. I had oneitem incorrect and one missing completely. I hold on the phone for nearly a hour with Door dash just to be told they will onlyredeliver for my missing item and not remake/deliver my incorrect item. I'm extremely disappointed as my children enjoy pizzafrom here, as do I. I will not be ordering from this location again as I felt they were unwilling to help and now I also have towait to be contacted regaurding a refund for the incorrect and missing items. Read more
