Order the Mike's Original for my brother and a Big Kahuna for myself. They were fast in making both of them. This is a new... location so everything looked decent. There were three employees there but I had to wipe down the table where we ate. Floor somehad food particles on it as well. The JM I normally visit is in Sun Valley and they have a minimum of 5 people there at alltimes and they are much friendlier/cheerful. Read more
I always have such a great experience at this location. I frequently grab subs for the employees at my business when we've had a... busy day. Longest I've ever waited was maybe 15 min to get through the line (during lunch) AND get my order (and usually, atleast 2 or 3 of us get something from the grill). The food was good and the staff was polite. What made the experience bad was that I was eating inside and watched a male staff... member making food with gloves on. Then he went to the register several times and rang customers up, handled their money, andthen right back to making other customers food with the same gloves on. He did this multiple times and never changed hisgloves. After eating I tried to politely say something to him about this unsanitary issue, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. He politely apologized but I never saw him change his gloves after our conversation and went right back to making food again. Read more
