My grandson loves their frozen mochas with whip cream. The cashiers are always courteous and efficient!
Had the BEST experience with this store and the staff tonight around 6:30 pm. I had placed a mobile order, and the girl working... the window was by far the best worker i?ve encountered. She was quick, efficient and continued to keep a fun conversation whilemy order was being prepared. I didn?t catch her name, but whoever was working the window at 6:30 pm deserves some recognitionfor her outstanding customer service. (The order I got, was also spot on and delicious)! UPDATE: Still loving the coffee anf dooughnuts. The apple fritters and coffee rolls are my favorite. Also, the glazed munchkins.... I used to go to BG. Now, this is my go to place. Recently into their signature latter's. Caramel Craze and the mocha. Supergood. Hated coffee when I was younger. I always burned my mouth. Iced coffee is amazing. I actually hate Starbucks. Overpricedand their coffee tastes bad. Horrible service too. I don't really like donuts, but love dunking donuts, doughnuts. Lol They wereextra fresh when I had them this time.
