They didn?t have to but they gave me a full refundand one employee at Maumee even offered to just make what I ordered even though it wasn?t for the right place. Amazingservice!!! Always have been a fan of a great burger and they always make sure I get perfect service and I always get a crispy fry as well
It?s really hir or miss with this place. You order online, check in with cashier to say you are there and they totally forget to... tell anyone and you sir for 20 minutes waiting for fries. Absolutely silly to order online and tell someone you are there andthen to not pass along the message. Super annoying. Rossford location is much better. Read more
