Horrible service, food, and customer service. Ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle and fries. Got cold and crinkled fries, the... cheeseburger had no meat on it. 2nd time driving through, the burger was ice cold. 3rd time driving through they put pickles onit, and the guy was very rude and never said sorry. Personally no complaints, went through the drive thru at 11:30 pm so we were the only car so they served us fast. They were very... friendly and made sure our order was right; the food itself was hot and good. Read more

Unfortunately the staff at this location does not listen very well. I asked for a ?Value? item, only to be charged for a regular... item, then told I have to wait because I changed the item at the window. Quite a bit different then when I worked at McDonaldsyears ago when we needed to give service with a smile. Disappointed!! Then I was instructed to pull Ford into a parking stallthat you can?t really see the number because it?s covered by a tree but no one at the window is willing to stay there and helpgive directions.
