The restaurant manager is an extremely racist person. She openly makes racist remarks about people in the restaurant and allows... the other employees to do the same. She also promises to pay employees a certain wage and then ?forgets? and puts in the hourlywage several dollars lower than the agreed amount. If you aren?t white, the employees are allowed, and apparently encouraged, tobe rude or ignore you completely. I?ve witnessed this first hand, and when I filed a complaint to Love?s HR department I wasretaliated against with a shortened paycheck. Unfortunate experience, but a lesson learned. Read more
