We are at the restaurant here at creek side and the food was so good! The cooks were Amy and Nikki and the food was amazing! We... were a party of 10 and everyone?s food was amazing! Read more
Restaurant is excellent. Great and personable chef who clearly takes pride in his menu. The clam chowder should not be missed... and the burger and patty melt were delicious. Perfect stopping point if you're driving from Phoenix to Sedona. Read more
Such a disappointment! When we went to check in at the front desk the receptionist spent more time threatening us with $250... fines if we put anything in the jacuzzi tubs besides water, our cabin was full of cobwebs, and spiders, the coffee pot in ourroom full of moldy water, dirty ice the bar tender gave us and last but not least the manager blowing off my wife for days aftershe sent her an email regarding our stay. Always claiming to be too busy to speak to her. And don't plan on seeing anyone at thefront desk.. when we went to check out and talk about the room,nobody was there. We waited a few minutes, when a man sittingthe the lobby told us not to bother, he had been waiting for over an hour to speak to someone too. I can promise we will neverbe returning!! Read more
My bathroom had a leaky faucet that caused a dripping noise. And there were bugs at the head of the bed. I ended up sleeping on... the bottom of the king size after I found two bugs on me. Not sure what they were, they had wings but they were small. There'salso a noise problem because the lobby noise is very loud in the lodge rooms upstairs. The staff is very helpful. The restaurantis more of a sports bar but it has great food and good dinner options. Read more

The Room was very fun for our Honeymoon nite. Upon arrival, the pilot light went out on the fireplace. After calling , several... times, maybe someone would come help, not sure? got nothing... No help what so ever... It was $250, extra $100, Due to aholiday.... No room service at all...? We we're Disappointed, to say the least !! Not sure we would return ? As weplanned.... What if someone just called us and told us how to re light the pilot ? A 5 min phone call ? Everything was closeddown for the evening.... Poor Service... Read more
