I placed my order at 6:30 pm tonight for supper. It said the approximate wait time was 69 minutes. At 8:30 pm, I called the... store to ask I'd my order had been forgotten. He said that he was only driver, and I told him I understood. At that point hesaid, please understand that your pizza may be colder than expected, and it may still take a while to get.
