This may be the slowest fast food restaurant in existence. It used to be amazing and I have been so disappointed in my service... for the past year or so. Read more
Stopped at this location after spending all day at the surgery center. Was sadly disappointed. Went through the drive through... and there were only a couple cars in line. Had a fairly decent wait but wasn?t an issue. I ordered a #1 Beef & Cheddar with NOred ranch. When I finally paid and was giving my food the lid to my drink was not secured and it spilled a decent amount allover my paints and vehicle. The gentleman that handed me my drink didn?t even say a thing. With my food the sandwich didn?thave the red ranch removed and the curly fries tasted like they had been sitting out since the previous day. In looking at myreceipt everything I had requested was noted and correct but the order was not. Poor service and no quality control. I won?tbe back to this location! Very disappointed and frustrated. I went to the drive through and spent almost 20$, when I got my food I was missing a 5$ sandwich and they forgot my mozarella... sticks which were 3$. The food was good but it?s a shame. I wanted to go back in the line but the line was huge. I want a giftcard for my inconvenience. Read more
Now we've eaten a lot of sandwiches, from a variety of places, but have NEVER had a... NOTHING TASTING SANDWICH before!! We saw... the commercial on TV, for their Cheese Steak Sandwich, and thought it would be good... BUT BOY WERE WE... WRONG, WRONG,WRONG!!!! This sandwich has ABSOLUTELY NO TASTE!! NO FLAVOR!! All you notice is that you're eating... SOMETHING... And neitherme nor my husband could finish the sandwiches! The more we ate... the Worse It Tasted!!!! So if you like a Great Tasting CheeseSteak Sandwich... Go to MR. HEROES!! Or wherever else you go to get one. UNLESS... you like a sandwich that tastes like theyboiled all the flavor out of it??
