Worst customer service ever! The only reason there is one star, is because that was the only way to make this post of a review.... What a disservice and joke. The female staff and management is very rude, sarcastic and lacks skills with the public. I feel thewhole staff should be replaced and they should be hiring people whose actually do want to work with the public. Both myself andmy father, have made separate trips to this location and will never return. To be told you ?cannot place vegetables on the side?is ridiculous, but yet other locations, I?ve visited can and does. Good luck keeping anyone coming back for service. And ifmanagement does read this, you should do better with hiring the right people. Very awful experience and shameful. And I work incustomer service, this is beyond awful. You should not be in business if you make guidelines of not being able to placevegetables on the side. If it was that much of a problem using cups for the vegetables, it?s not like someone would not pay .50for a simple cup. I hope this is seen, so if anyone wants to know the best location for Subway, go to the South Euclid one. The lady manager there is awful. She is very rude, no customer service skills no wonder they are hiring. Replace the manager... asap. I most likely will not return to this subway location. I felt like i was wrong for walking in there. Read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I went into this location last friday. The worker was helping a customer before me. The... worker took off her gloves to ring the customer out then after put new gloves on and started making my order after touching thefingertips of the new gloves with her not washed hands. I asked the worker "I'm sorry but did you wash your hands before puttingthose gloves on?" she then responded with telling me that she did not need to wash her hands because they are back theretouching the same things. I'm sorry but WHAT. I worked at subway years ago when I was younger and NOT WASHING YOUR HANDS wasNEVER ok. In fact it was a necessary step that we needed to take after helping each customer. I am completely disgusted with howthis emplyee responded to me and still DID NOT wash her hands. I am not happy with my visit here and will not be returning.
