Food was good.. as always. Team could do a little better with restaurant upkeep. Went back and the store was more dirty than the last time. Kitchen floor was horrible and the dining room was just as bad. Sticky w/ debris everywhere. I walked in and 2 of the 3 were actually seated, as if there was nothing to do. ????? Isaac was the Team Lead but obviously needs more training on how to.. lead the team. ?

I got the 15 wings with fries and drinks for 2. The fries had a good and unique spice to them. The wings were a good size and mix. The mild wings were very mild and the Louisiana ones were just the right level of heat. All in all very good. And they are open later than anything else in the area.

This place is amazing. Love the staff, they are always helpful and polite. Love getting my lemon pepper wings and seeing all the staff smiling. Beware fries are very addictive ??

Good food when cooked the way you ask. Food takes forever...so order at least 30 minutes before you leave or you will be waiting....

Got the 3 piece tenders combo with Korean sauce. They were very, very saucy which I'm sure most people love, but I did blot. Ranch is great, as always. Ordering system was a huge disconnect btwn corporate and the local store as they never texted me back to say my order was done so I waited 10 plus minutes and then went in. It had been done for a bit and so everything, including the fries, were unfortunately cold.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....I ORDERED WELL DONE AND MY ORDER WAS FAR FROM WELL DONE WINGS ALL FLATS, FRIES WITH CHEESE SAUCE, THEY CHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA RANCH PER MY REQUEST ONLY TO DISCOVER THEY NEVER PUT ONE IN THE BAG, DIDN'T PUT MY FRIES IN ORDER. THE PERSON OVER THE PHONE READ THE ORDER BACK CORRECTLY BUT YET THEY STILL MESSED THE ORDER UP. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO REDO THE ORDER INSTEAD THEY LECTURED ME ON HOW LONG THEY KNOW THEY COOK THEIR WINGS AND HUNG UP ON ME ..I CALLED BACK AND THE "PRETEND MANAGER" AND WHY BABY JESUS WHY....JUST SIMPLY TERRIBLE......I DON'T NORMALLY PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AND I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE STAFF I WILL CALL TOMORROW FOR MANAGER....

I?m giving them a 3 because of the good past experiences. My experience today was not very pleasant and I?m now highly doubtful if I will drive the distance to spend money there again. I was to blame for the online system switching the dipping sauces on my order which had never happened before. They had no napkins and instead of the crew making the drinks to keep up with sanitary practices it?s now self serve. When I called in to express my concerns I felt completely disregarded and that management was speaking over and out talking me while also reading to me the wrong order several times
