I had to edit my rating because the drink quality has gone down. Usually my drink was very good everytime. I loved it here. But... the last few months the one drink I get everytime I go there is made different now. It never tastes like it use to. Today I gotmy sea salt foam oolong tea and there was barely any foam. I'll still drink it but even if I don't like it there is a sign nowthat says no refunds or exchanges so its not like I can say anything anyway Read more

UPDATE: they now have indoor seating ???? Service is very nice, no indoor dining. The drink was good I got an iced coffee which... I asked to be blended but was omw to work so no time to be a Karen about it. Although I liked the drink I would feel like for $8I should have the option of sitting in or more Starbuck like experience for the price. Read more

Imagine driving 20+ minutes to come here only to find they decided to close half hour early. This is a normal occurrence here.... But the drinks are good. Seriously guys just change your listed hours of operation and stop lying about being open until 9pm. Read more

Used to be my favorite place with great atmosphere but first time there in a while and it completely changed. The boba was hard... and kinda dry? Not sure how to describe it. The mochi ice cream was good but u only get one for the price which isn?t on themenu anywhere. Macaroons were definitely the best thing imo. And the general atmosphere was just off. The employees I interactedwith seemed kinda sad/annoyed to be there. Spent 15 on regular size black tea, 1 macaroon pack and 1 mochi. Bummed bc its theonly boba place in the area rlly. Definitely wouldn?t return tho :/ Read more

First, my daughter loves stuff from the shop and will probably continue to go there. I personally, will never spend another... penny in that place again. They have horrible costumer service. It wasn't the kid at the register, or the older man that cameout for what I guess is moral support, it was the woman that came out of the back very aggressively. It honestly was amisunderstanding that went wrong. I have had tazo brand passion tea many many times, so I guess I was thinking their tea wouldtaste similar. So when I stepped outside and took a sip and it tasted completely different I thought I was given the wrongthing. I thought it tasted closer to peach or mango. I guess it is my mistake thinking fresh tea would taste the same. So I wentin and talked to the kid at the counter and said I think I got the wrong thing, it tastes more like peach to me. He went in theback and all I could hear was a woman fussing that "it is passion tea". Then, the older man came out from the back and stood offto the side looking at me. Then, the kid came out and handed me another cup of the same thing. Then that woman came out of theback metaphorically swinging. She started right away aggressively, "that is passion tea I made it myself." I said "I'm sorry ittasted more like peach to me" (Me thinking of what I know of passion tea.) She said to take the new cup I was given. I asked ifI could have black tea instead. She said, "I already made that for you. You should have said that when it was on the way back."I never asked to be given another cup of the same thing or to be given anything else at that point. I thought the kid was justdouble checking if it was passion tea. I figured either he would come out and say it was a mistake or explain it was not. I, aspolitely as I could, stated that I didn't like the taste of the tea, could I just have a black tea instead? They could havesaid, well that will be whatever dollars and I would have accepted and bought it. Instead the woman just Read more
