We came through today around 2:52 and as we were ordering, a lady named Rachel kept interrupting us, asking if that was all. She... told us our total as we kept saying "one second, we're not done ordering." Then as we continued with our order over theintercom, we were ignored. It feels great to be cut off as we are ordering, because the customer is "annoying" or "taking toomuch time". We were not rude and only ordered one meal with 3 drinks. Manger is rude my app would not send my order and told her she said well can't give to FREE said okay but I never even ask you... for it free did i... Happy to pay for it told her but not now. Worst Sonic. Worst food and service. After the long wait to even have your order taken, you get your food and the patty is dry.... Very disappointing experience overall. It'd be faster to drive to Krebs, better food as well. Read more
