It?s sad that I have to go through this continuously with your employees . This is my family?s and I local Burger King. But your... employees make us not want to go . Such bad customer service now a days in there .so TODAY about 30 - 40 MINUTES AGO I stoppedby the location. In the moment of ordering my food, Jennifer interrupted me and was sending me to the window DURING my orderprocess . I was NOT done ordering nor did she ask what kind of drink I wanted . OR if I NEEDED to add anything else to my order.She dispatched me without me being done. Once I got to the window , she had such an UNFRIENDLY face and tone . She charged me ,gave me a bag of food, She closed the window dispatched me and she turned her body around and gave her back to me ! NOT ONCE DIDSHE TURN and she started walking towards the expo , not realizing I was still in the window . I had to WAIT for her to come backto the window to ask her for Condiments . WORST PART is I DIDNT GET MY DRINK. I WISH I COULD HAVE ORDERED MORE food but youremployees are rude . I had such an easy order due to it being cut short by your employee yet my SMALL BURGER was still preparedwrong . THE ONLY KIND PERSON with GREAT customer service IN THERE IS THE MANAGER JUAN who works night shifts . You must payattention more to this location , and monitor your employees customer service and attitude . Read more

After waiting 20 minutes for a number 2 medium, got charged $17.42. I told the individual that I had just paid $12, that a 5... dollar increase could not be correct.
