MidTown Ceviche Bar.. was by far some of the best customer service I've ever received. I was looking for a lighter choice in... food at the time and stumbled across this restaurant at the Mercado District. At first I was not aware the fish in the cevichewould be raw upon order and was displeased with the texture of the raw fish. I respectfully returned with my ceviche due to thefact that I was not aware of the rawness of the fish (I should have probably asked beforehand). They explained the process inwhich ceviche is made, (cooked with lime, which I was already aware of) and filled me with comfort. They kindly prepared myceviche for a bit longer and it was AMAZING! The food is really good quality and a lot of respect for the ingredients is given. I think the portions are fair because Ceviche... is not ment to be heavy. Most people should be satisfied with the plates offerd. If you are a big eater, you might want to ordermore than one item. We spent $30 on 2 people with 2 drinks . The flavor was really balanced and had a good combination ofingredients. Would 100% return.. I also like that the actual owners are there, this ensures that the food will be done rightall the time.
