The host are great but the food was terrible! We constantly order from the Edinburg location and our food ALWAYS comes out... fresh. We had to send our food back 2 times because it was cold. The second time the food was brought back to the table we tooka bit of the chicken and one of the wings smelled spoiled. To top it off we ordered fried pickles and the breading was NOT evenfried! The second you tried to open up the ?fried pickle? the dough was not even fried! Someone can get seriously sick from theway the food is cooked. I will NEVER return to Wing Barn in McAllen, hopefully Edinburg remains with their high standards. As Iwish I could post my review on Facebook it did not allow me to. Pretty decent meal options. The best sauce are the Tongue Twisters. The updated the interior after COVID. Nicely varnished... tables to make it easier to clean, as well as new chairs. I appreciate the handwash stations being out in the open since ain'tnobody eating wings with a fork and knife. Read more
