Just stood in line all by myself at the register for 22 minutes until the employee who was on break decided to take my order.... There was one employee on the cooking line just staring at me. I waited and waited. It seems they only take one order cook it.serve it then when that order is out. Take the next. As I'm waiting for my food. I'm watching this repeat itself. Edit. I go to Charleys every time I go to the BX. It is tradition that my daughter and I share a meal. Well at 4pm on this Sunday... they were only making sandwiches. No more fries for the rest of the day cause they were cleaning out their fryer then no morefries even when they are done. Thoroughly disappointed!! Cleaning out the fryer should be done during closing, not 3 hoursprior. Very poor practice guys. Read more
