I don't like going here anymore. I have had to ask someone to take my order that last 3 times I have gone in. I'm so sick of... people not doing their job the the get paid to do. I use to love purchasing Churches Chicken. I drive from Mandeville, usually, to this location, because the chicken is fresh and... the staff is, usually, very pleasant. However, today Wednesday September 7, 2022 at 8:15 PM, I placed a $35 order via drive thruand Iyesha, was extremely rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and talk down to us, the consumers, while the manager did notcorrect her! She needs to be retrained on people skills or fired!!! I had to get a refund, because I did not trust her bringingour food to the car!!! Oops! I did it again!!! I gave Church's Chicken another try and unfortunately, they bombed again! The cashier was extremely... pleasant. I ordered just chicken a biscuit. The chicken was not fresh (order placed around noon). I received mild chicken whenI asked for spicy. The mild was bland and tasteless. I may as well flushed good money down the toilet. A total waste!
