First, the pizza was amazing!! I love dominoes! When we walk in, the staff were throwing ranch packets around (which I?m ok with... as long as you?re nice) Now me and my fiancé were eating and talking while parked in the parking lot. It was late and theparking lot was basically empty. Some of the staff were just joking around and smoking outside when one of them comes andknocks on my truck. I open the door and ask what?s up. He tells me we?ve been there too long and we needed to leave. I have noidea why we were bothering them. There were plenty of open spots and it wasn?t busy at all. This place is trashy. People coming in and out half dressed from the kitchen door. Smoking and people that don?t even work there... walking around in kitchen in their pj?s while they are cooking food. Read more
Y'all need new management because they never ever wear gloves or hair nets. They don't answer the phones and when you go there... there's always a huge crowd of people inside and outside that doesn't work there... Nd their clothes look like they roll out ofbed and go.... Filty!!!! Read more
Won't be ordering from here again. I used to love Domino's but service is getting worse every time I go. I ordered two 2-topping... pizzas and when I got home the second pizza was entirely wrong. Another thing is when I order online for carryout, the order wasnot ready when I arrived at the store. If you order carside, it takes forever for them to bring the pizza out. I guess becausemost of the workers, including the manager,like to stand around in the parking lot smoking cigarettes while only one person isinside actually working. Read more
Ordered a pizza for my kids that was perfect. Ordered a salad for myself and the thing came to me straight rotten. Suppose to... check it for quality right. Someone must not be wearing their glasses. After this I will not be ordering from there again. Read more
JUST DON'T. In 2016 I said: "So much better than other chain options in McComb." I had given them four stars. October 2022:... Not so much today. The place has gone way downhill over the past three years. So much wrong with what is happening on thepremises: people who don't work there walking in and out the employee door, employee's buddies hanging around the parking lotwith loud music from cars, teenage children of employees in the kitchen area performing employee duties. The drive throughdoesn't feel safe. I doubt food safety is a big consideration--the food prep area door is always wide open while the front (pickup order inside) doors are often locked. When I did carside delivery last time, the guy who brought my pizza out--who does notknow me--said he was gonna stand right here by my car and sneak a cigarette because he hadn't had one in a minute. Orders areusually wrong or items that you paid for are missing. Sometimes you get there and your order has been completely forgotten so itis a 30 minute parking lot wait while they start it. Thus my observations of what goes on in the parking lot. It is a roughplace now compared to even just 3 years ago. I hate it because this used to be my favorite pizza chain locally. I hope they canget it together. I will be reading other reviews watching for new positive ones. I am out of second chances, as I gave them afive or more of those. Read more
