The food is pretty good depending if the staff are in a good mood the day. The staff, mainly the night shift are rude,... unprofessional and full of bad language. Please avoid Adarah Scott, she incites rude behavior from the rest of the Burger Kingcrew to make your visit more difficult. They purposely make your food wrong and serve cold food. To only mock you when you comein to get what was originally ordered. When you ask for a correction they give you sassiness attitude, without empathy or regardto their own mistakes. The workers are rude and act very ghetto and ratchet towards customers and they lie about their ice cream machine being down
While ordering my daughter changed her mind and wanted a different drink, lady told me she can't change her mind on drink... because they already made the drink. I hadn't even finished ordering food. No receipts available. Croissant looked like shesquashed it down with a fist. Customer service on this side of the state line is nonexistent. Read more
