Overall a nice alternative to the big chain restaurants. I tried the alfredo pasta and it was good but could have had a little... bit more flavor. I gave the Service a slightly lower rating because of my experience with online ordering. I ordered my foodthrough their website and received a text with a URL where I could check the status of my order. I monitored this continouslyand a hour later I received a text informing me my order was ready for pickup, along with the the status tracker. When Iarrived, they told me my order had been ready a long while ago and they couldn't explain why I was notified a hour after Iordered. The bright side is they kept the food warm but it resulted in a late dinner for my family. Read more
I specifically called to ask if they could accommodate a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, they replied nicely and said it would be... no problem. I even mentioned I use to work there and to tell the owner Troy that I said hello. The lady on the phone said shewould be happy to tell him I ordered even though he wasn't there. So when I finally get my food there is NO bacon on thespecifically ordered sandwich that they were nice enough to "accommodate". I order from here 2-4 times weekly a large pizza forme and my daughter as I'm out of work due to an injury. Needless to say when I called to let them know the situation( she saidTroy who mind you 1 hour ago "wasnt" there and she would tell him the next time she saw him that I said hello) she told me thatTroy himself made the sandwich and He put Bacon on it himself) how could he have done this if he wasn't there when I ordered!!!!I was offered a credit for the sandwich. Yeeeeeeaaaaahhh no. Don?t even do it. It?s just not even a little good. HORRIBLE. The pizza has no sauce?no taste. A frozen Red... Baron is better than that mess. It?s just ridiculously horrible. Don't do it. I did an online order and pick up. The staff was so rude to me. Then we ate. It was "ok". My son (2.5 yr old) threw... up everything 5 minutes later (not normal). And then had the worst diaper the next morning of his life. Every year or so I thinkI will give this place another chance. And it is always a mistake. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else. In the post covid world this looks like a carryout joint. We dined in and had a delightful waitress. I'm sorry that I don't... remember her name. I had the steak and cheese sub and found it lacking. One of my associates and the chicken parm and it was ahuge portion and he ended up taking a lot of it home. The breadsticks were amazing on their own. The dipping sauce did nothingfor them. Read more
