I usually have 5 star service here. Unfortunately today was the worst experience. I ordered 30 wings and received 20. I asked... the young lady in the back to check them because they looked short and with an attitude she said it was 30 and threw them backon the table for the clerk. When i got to my car i counted them and it was only 20 so i took them back in and handed them tothe clerk who handed them back to the young lady who couldn't count and she gave me a nasty look and told the clerk well he'llhave to wait for 10 more. I spent an hour here for a call ahead order. Like i said the people are usually good folks here butthe crew in the back tonight had the worst attitudes! I don't normally eat here. River & Roost is my favorite. Coming from this part of the woods, we don't have many options anyway.... I've decided to do some foolish things today and eat here. It was payday. I ordered two takeout dinners. One six-piece wing andone twelve-piece chicken nugget. I know chicken nuggets are supposed to be the size of chicken nuggets, but I have chickennuggets the size of an (MINI)CUTE) cut in HALF snicker bar.I asked the cashier how big they were and she said it was half atender, but no, these are chicken chunks that you put in a salad! The flavour of the nuggets was actually garlic parsamen andstingy garlic. The chicken wasn't important, but you couldn't even melt the cheese onto the fries? Two persons ordered the samefries before me and the cheese was melted. That's why we ordered them. The cheese was melted, it was nacho cheese. You torchedthe onion rings. I am the same color of the onion rings! LMAO. HOW SWEETS? We went in and said the order wasn't worth thirtybucks. Come on. I can't stand passive-aggressive people. The "manager" could have managed better. I wasn't even interested ingetting my money back. I came in at 8 o'clock. Rushing to lock up is wild when you guys have other customers waiting for food aswell. Do better thats all. I actually went for more food tonight because you screwed up my order.
