Why is this restaurant not closed yet. Put the whole a ovocado inside my bowl. All fajitas vegetables were too too big.... Basically not at all chopped. Plus they overfilled the bowl and was leaked inside my car seats and the stains won't go away onmy 2023 brand new $80,000 car. Read more
So...the restaurant ran out of brown and white rice and barely had the drink of the season available. The employee stated " it... will take 30 min for the rice". Why? I gave it two stars for the service today. No sense of urgency at all. About 4 people leftwhile we were in line because they ran out of rice. The restaurant doesn'teven close for another hour and a half. If anything,when you are running low in one container...make more so that it would be ready before running out.Once the rice was done...theytook it to the side first to prepare other orders rather than serve the 12 people in line. Got there at 10:45.... Doors are lock Lady comes out at minutes to 11. She saya that they will not be open until 11:05. I left... and came back. Main door still locked (side door open). Patiently waiting in line. When my turn comes up I requested a steakbowl. The young lady says "there is no steak". I asked "when will the steak be ready"? She walked to the back room, came back tothe counter, and says "she does not know". Why not put up a sign saying that there is no steak instead of customers waiting inline for nothing. If there was a possibility to give no stars I would. For the last 4 visits and these have been spaced apart by months, they are... always out of things. I once ordered door dash and instead of what I ordered they sent a bowl of guacamole????. The managementwas the WORST I have ever seen( shown in photo). I placed my order over the phone and when I got there it was not there and thenI was treated like I stole it myself. She made me wait an entire hour to remake my order and ignored me every time I attemptedto ask a question. So RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and she needs to be fired. Got to the store for a pick up at 7:40 and was told that the steak I ordered was a15 minute wait, which was false. After... waiting for over thirty minutes I was told that my order ticket was lost but they had it all along while serving two otherpeople who came after me. 845 rolls around and I receive my order I received a complimentary drink. I got home and there wastwo small pieces of steak (which I waited for almost an hour for) and two small pieces of chicken on my tacos? which were softshell but I ordered crispy. I also ordered a chicken burrito and there was no meat on that at all. Overall staff was reallyslow tonight and did not pay attention to detail.
